Since 2010, Stand-In Central has provided weekly content all about the job of the television and film stand-in.

Stand-In Central has grown to become the go-to hub online for stand-ins looking for information on terminology, techniques, insight, interviews, and instruction on standing in.

Stand-In Central has also released two popular resources available for download: The Stand-In Handbook and The Callsheet Cheatsheet.

Have a Question about Standing In?

If you have a question about standing in, there’s a good chance it’s been answered in detail by our volunteer contributors in Stand-In Central’s Tips & Tricks Blog.  Search the website to see what you find!

That said, maybe there is a question that hasn’t been answered yet.  If so, we want to know!

Post your question in the comments section of this post, and we may use it for a future article in our Tips & Tricks Blog.  If you’d rather, send us an email via the Ask Stand-In Central link in the menu.

We have more content to come as our professional stand-ins encounter challenges stand-ins face.  For now, thanks for reading!
